What is collected

Through the contact form: your name, email address, message text and chosen language. This data is used solely to reply to your enquiry.

The site has no visitor accounts and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Where it is stored

Messages are stored in the site database (Neon, European Union region — Frankfurt). Site files are hosted on Cloudflare R2. The site runs on Vercel.

Cookies and browser storage

The site sets no tracking cookies. Your browser stores only your chosen currency. Staff receive an authentication cookie when signing in to the admin panel.

Retention and your rights

Messages are kept until they are reviewed and answered, after which they may be deleted. You may request a copy of your data or its deletion by writing to the address above.
